Federal Agricultural Relief Maintained during Shutdowns And Federal Emergencies Act or the FARM SAFE Act This bill requires the Department of Agriculture (USDA) to continue activities related to agricultural disaster assistance programs during a lapse in appropriations (i.e., government shutdown).
