Secure Storage Information Act of 2025

This bill requires federal firearm licensees (FFLs) to provide information about the secure storage of firearms upon the sale, delivery, or transfer of a firearm and to make available for purchase a variety of secure gun storage or safety devices. (Exceptions apply.) The bill also establishes a new tax credit for the purchase of a qualified gun safe.
